Is the book really free?
Yes. Participating sponsors fund the cost of the book and delivery. No purchase is required from the reader.

When will my book ship?
A claim reserves a place in the campaign. Books will ship only after the campaign reaches its sponsorship goal and enters fulfillment. Our current estimate is four to six weeks after the campaign becomes fully funded.

What happens if the campaign is not fully sponsored?
Readers will be notified by email. Because readers are not charged, there will be no payment to refund.

What book will I receive?
The title is a curated surprise within the featured campaign genre. Specific titles, covers and editions are not guaranteed.

Can I claim more than one?
No. The first campaign is limited to one book per U.S. household. Duplicate claims may be canceled.

Do sponsors receive my shipping address?
No. We do not provide reader names, email addresses or shipping addresses to sponsors unless a reader separately and clearly agrees to share that information.

Can I change my address?
Contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Is Freebound available outside the United States?
The current campaign is available only to eligible U.S. addresses.
