Reader Claims

Readers are not charged for standard Freebound book claims. Because no reader payment is collected, there is normally no payment to refund.

A reader claim may be canceled before fulfillment by contacting cuezyco@gmail.com

Sponsorship Purchases

Sponsorship payments reserve promotional placement in a specified Freebound campaign.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written sponsorship agreement, sponsorship payments are fully refundable if the applicable campaign does not reach its minimum funding goal by the stated closing date.

After a campaign becomes fully funded and Freebound begins purchasing, printing, preparing or producing campaign materials, sponsorship payments become nonrefundable because the promotional placement and materials are prepared specifically for that campaign.

If Freebound cancels a funded campaign, the sponsor may choose a full refund or transfer the payment to another available campaign.

Sponsorships may also be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this general policy, the signed sponsorship agreement controls.
