Freebound Campaign Terms

Freebound is operated by Cuezy Co LLC under the assumed business name Freebound.

Reader claims are currently available only to United States residents age 18 or older. Each campaign may impose additional eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, claims are limited to one book per household. Freebound may cancel duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise ineligible claims.

Submitting a claim reserves a place in the applicable campaign but does not guarantee that a book will ship. Campaigns enter fulfillment only after receiving sufficient sponsor funding.

No purchase is required to submit a standard reader claim. Freebound reader campaigns are not contests, sweepstakes or lotteries.

Readers must provide accurate contact and shipping information. Freebound is not responsible for a failure to deliver caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Book titles, authors, editions, cover designs, formats and conditions may vary unless specifically guaranteed on the campaign page.

Sponsors appearing in Freebound materials are independent third parties. The appearance of a sponsor does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every product, service, opinion or statement associated with that sponsor.

Freebound may modify, postpone or cancel a campaign when reasonably necessary, including because of insufficient sponsorship, unavailable inventory, fulfillment issues, suspected fraud or circumstances outside Freebound’s reasonable control.
