Freebound Campaign and Shipping Policy

Freebound operates sponsor-funded book campaigns. A completed reader claim reserves a potential place in the applicable campaign but does not guarantee immediate shipment.

Books will enter fulfillment only after the applicable campaign reaches its minimum sponsorship goal. Unless otherwise stated on the campaign page, Freebound expects fulfillment to begin approximately four to six weeks after full funding.

If a campaign does not receive enough sponsorship support, participating readers will be notified using the email address submitted with their claim.

Reader campaigns are currently limited to eligible shipping addresses within the United States. Unless otherwise stated, claims are limited to one book per household. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims may be canceled.

Readers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Freebound is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address.

Book titles, editions, cover designs and formats may vary. The exact title is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the campaign page.

Freebound will make reasonable efforts to assist with packages that arrive damaged or fail to arrive. Replacement books are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
